We use your information to process bookings, issue tickets, send confirmations and reminders, contact event posters about their listings, provide support, and improve TATATECH Events. Contact details of people who post events are used for verification and communication, and are not shown publicly.
3. Sharing of Information
We share information only with event organizers for the events you book, with payment and service providers that help us operate the Platform, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can delete your account from Account Settings or contact our support team.
