1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TATATECH Events (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, organizers, and ticket purchasers.
2. Tickets & Booking
A confirmed booking grants entry to the specific event, date, and time stated on your ticket. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly supported through the Platform's transfer feature. Tickets may be digital or printable, and a valid ticket must be presented at entry. TATATECH Events reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot present a valid ticket.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Event organizers set ticket prices, capacities, and availability. TATATECH Events is not responsible for pricing or capacity decisions made by individual organizers.
4. Promo Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes may be offered at the organizer's discretion. Codes are subject to availability, usage limits, and expiration dates. TATATECH Events reserves the right to revoke or modify promotional offers at any time. Misuse, sharing, or abuse of promo codes may result in cancellation of the associated bookings without refund.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Unless required by law, all ticket sales are final. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the event organizer. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees may be eligible for a refund of the ticket price. Service or processing fees, where applicable, are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be directed to the event organizer or to our support team.
6. Event Conduct & Admission
Attendees must comply with all event rules and the venue's policies. TATATECH Events and organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual who is disruptive, intoxicated, or violates event or venue rules. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Sold-Out & Waitlist Events
Events marked as "Sold Out" have reached capacity or have been flagged by the organizer as unavailable. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a ticket; you will be contacted if tickets become available. Waitlist invitations are time-limited and must be acted upon promptly.
8. Invitee-Only Events
Some events are private or invitation-only. Admission to these events requires a valid invitation. Unauthorized attempts to gain entry to invitee-only events will be refused.
9. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account information current. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, event listings, graphics, and text — is owned by TATATECH Events or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
TATATECH Events acts as a platform connecting attendees with event organizers. We are not liable for the conduct of events, organizer actions, venue conditions, or event cancellations beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected transaction.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy practices. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
13. Changes to These Terms
TATATECH Events may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
